How to write a useful message

Put the topic in the subject: “Product: 2× PNG blur”, “Privacy request”, or “Ads: placeholder placement”. Include browser and version, OS, the message you saw, and the steps before convert. If you attach a screenshot, mask names, addresses, and other sensitive details.

Conversion happens in your browser. We cannot pull originals from a server. Describe approximate count, size mode, and format. Do not send originals or ID images unless we explicitly ask.

Privacy requests

For access, correction, or deletion requests, write from a verifiable address and use the subject “Privacy request”. SVGs are not uploaded for conversion, so there is no server copy of your batch to delete. Close the tab, clear site data, or delete local exports.

Ads

Ad slots are placeholders. If the copy is confusing, or unexpected third-party content appears before ads are enabled, note the URL, time, and extensions.
