Need a fixed-width PNG for the web from SVG?
Short answer: In Svgpix, pick target width, enter the pixel width your layout or share image needs, and height follows aspect ratio. Good for slices and shared column widths. Full DPR/scale detail lives in the size guide—this page only covers fixed-width web use.
1. Why lock width first
Columns, card heroes, and in-article art often have a known display width. Exporting to that width avoids “render at 4× then shrink in CSS” waste and keeps a pack aligned.
2. Steps
- Open the tool and pick one or many SVGs.
- Choose width mode and enter the target pixels (follow your design/front-end tokens—no invented official tables here).
- Keep PNG for transparency; try JPG/WEBP for solid fills (JPG/WEBP).
- Optional next: Ogmake for share cards, or BulkCrunch to shrink further.
